If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible 
via email (deathscrollsupport@blackheartemporium.com) 
We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. 
However, if you have already received a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot make further changes to your order

Our software unfortunately does not allow us to edit items or adjust prices to finalized purchases.
If you'd like to cancel and replace your order correctly before it is shipped, contact  BHE customer service via email: (deathscrollsupport@blackheartemporium.com)

If you are trying to use a code for your order, it must be applied before submitting your order.
Please note that only one promo is applied per order/ per customer. Codes are not combinable with additional coupons, BOGO offers, bundles, clearance or featured collabs. 
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for any changes to be made. Because of this, we ask that you verify all information inputted is correct BEFORE submitting your order.
(including adding codes or coupons)

 

Once an order is processed, the package will ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. You can contact us via email right away at deathscrollsupport@blackheartemporium.com 
and we will do our best to make any changes necessary. However, Black Heart Emporium cannot guarantee an address change after a purchase is finalized. 
Please note that BHE is not responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address inputted during checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received, items will need to be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email deathscrollsupport@blackheartemporium.com so we can create a problem report and work on rectifying the issue. The return address is set by default to the shipping facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If the shipping facility isn't used as the return address, you automatically invalidate your return status. (Thankfully all packages are sent out with the return labels with the correct address IN the shipment. Failure to follow this process will exempt your return from processing correctly)
